Visa policy in Changsha
The pre-IMC meeting will be held at the Changsha city. Changsha entry needs visa application. You can apply for F visa for academic exchanges. You can also click the button below to check the Chinese Visa Application Center Website for more information.
The invitation letter can be download from the link below. Please kindly fill in the letter with your own information and check with the ambassador if the template works fine considering potential different requests from different countries.

【Important Note】 For participants coming from Africa or Turkey, we kindly advise that you confirm the visa application requirements with your respective embassies. A special TE invitation letter, which needs longer issuing period, should be needed to facilitate the visa process. Sanya implements the Visa-free policy of 30-day stay for 59 countries, including 40 countries in Europe, 11 in Asia, 4 in South America, 2 in North America and 2 in Oceania. The list for those countries is as below:
