* An upload of a copy of your student card or a letter from your supervisor/University, stated that you are a student during the time of the IMC conference, is required when applying for the student fee.

The registration fee includes lunches (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday) and the welcome reception (Monday afternoon).

 

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Notification of cancellation of registration must be sent by email to imc@congressbydesign.com.

  • For cancellations received up to and including 4 July 2022 (2 months before conference), a cancellation fee of 25% will be charged.
  • For cancellations received on and after 4 July 2022 (2 months before conference), no refund will be given, full amount required.
  • A handling fee of EUR 40 per registration will be charged for every modification received after 4 July 2022 (2 months before conference).
  • All refunds will be processed after the event.

Please note that we can only provide you with an invitation letter for IMC 2022 after we received your registration and payment. After the payment you may request a Letter of Invitation by contacting the IMC 2022 Conference secretariat at: imc@congressbydesign.com.

We accept payments by credit card, bank transfer and iDEAL (Dutch participants). If you choose to pay via bank transfer you will receive an automatic email including the invoice after your registration. We cannot accept payment by check nor debit card. Any additional fees (e.g. bank charges) are at own expense. Payment of the applicable registration fee must be made within 14 days after registration and at least before September 1st otherwise the onsite registration fee applies.

If you would like to purchase dinner tickets utilizing a separate payment from your primary registration payment, please email imc@congressbydesign.com to alert the Conference Secretariat that you will need to purchase your ticket(s) on site. Please indicate how many dinner tickets you will be needing in your email. You will receive a reply with a payment link/new invoice in order to arrange the payment for the dinner tickets per credit card.

IMC 2022 is offering a reduced registration fee to students. An upload of a copy of your student card or a letter from your supervisor/University, stated that you are a student during the time of the IMC Symposium, is required when applying for the student fee.
